Risk Reduction has a single product focus with many locations and as such our organizational structure is geographical not product line.

Like all countries, Canada is not monolithic but of 38 million across 10 provinces with more than 10 health care systems. Risk Reduction’s initial focus is Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia comprising about 60% of the more than 20 million potential subscribers. These provinces provide experience into the USA market of 200 million.

Europe is extremely not monolithic with a target market of 350 million potential subscribers including Danes, Dutch, English, French, German, Italy, Greece, about 40 different nation states and languages. For each nation Risk Reduction hopes turnkey local representation . Where all the start up work is prepared, but it needs to be customized for the target market.
